OUTSOURCING SERVICES  known and temporary work :

Temporary work, also known colloquially as agency work, is a kind of triangular relationship between a personnel service provider, a temporary worker and you as a customer, the so-called employee. From a legal point of view, this is referred to as temporary employment.

In the course of this, the temporary worker enters into an employment relationship with ADRIA HOLDING  as a personnel service provider and concludes an open-ended employment contract. ADRIA HOLDING  thus assumes all employer obligations and is responsible for all statutory and contractually regulated employer benefits.

As a customer, the temporary worker will be made available to you for a certain period of time by means of a leasing contract in order to carry out his work in your company or your chosen location.

All details of this triangular constellation are regulated in the Austrian Temporary Employment Act
